This is done once a year during an audit. In this audit, BKD evaluates whether the company is complying with the relevant legislation and regulations. During this visit, the inspector goes through a questionnaire with the company. The questions may for instance be about Track &amp; Trace information, the records kept and the relationship between the records and the lots\/consignments. After a visit, the company receives a summary with a report.<\/p>\n<p>If the inspection shows that a company meets the conditions*, the company will receive a statement that it can independently apply plant passports until the next audit.<\/p>\n<p>The costs for te administrative business audits are included in the fixed annual contribution for cultivation companies. For trading companies, the inspector&#8217;s visit is calculated at an hourly rate. This difference arises from the use of Ketenregister. If a company makes full use of Ketenregister, the visit can be completed much more effecient.
