ANNUAL ACCREDITATION ASSESMENT
The accreditation visit
In addition to carrying out inspections, the BKD has the statutory duty to supervise all Dutch companies that grow or trade in flower bulbs. This is done once a year during the annual accreditation assessment. In this assessment, the BKD evaluates whether the company is complying with the relevant legislation and regulations. During this visit, the inspector goes through a questionnaire with the company. The questions may for instance be about Track & Trace information, the records kept and the relationship between the records and the lots/consignments. After a visit, the company receives a summary with a report. The following questions will give you an idea of the questions you can expect to be asked during this visit.
